PersonalMD.com, a Pleasanton-based online Web site that provides medical records and other content, has partnered with Scotts Valley-based software company iWire to provide iWare users access to PersonalMD.com's medical content. PersonalMD.com offers consumers the ability to build online medical records and to provide emergency physicians with access to the records via the Internet or a standard fax machine.
