New York, New York, 12 November 2001, , Executive Health Exams International announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire PersonalMD, Inc. of Pleasanton, California. Founded in 1913 and with its world headquarters located at 10 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, Executive Health Exams is the leading provider of physical exams to Fortune 500 companies. PersonalMD is the premier provider of patient/user online access to medical records stored in their original form.

For almost two years, Executive Health Exams has included PersonalMD membership as part of its comprehensive physical exam program to all of its patients, as well as to corporations with employee populations in excess of 5,000 as a stand-alone product. It is the only online medical record storage system that enables its users to store copies of original medical documents and other personal information retrievable via both Internet and fax 24 hours a days, seven days a week, worldwide.
