Step 2: Medication Reminder Online

Once you sign-up, just set up your medication reminders online. Your reminders take effect as soon as you've finished your set up.

You can use our Take a Tour feature to show you how easy it is to add, edit, and update your reminders online.

Step 3: Receive Your Reminders!

This is not even a step! You'll receive your reminders immediately! Just carry your cell phone or pager with you and you'll receive the reminders at the times you set!

How quickly can this service be activated?

Your Medication Reminder service is automatically activated as soon as you successfully Once you add your reminders, you will start receiving them. It's immediate!

Is this service available anywhere in the world?

Your Medication Reminder service is available wherever your cell phone or pager works. Check with your pager service provider for specific service area details and restrictions.

What type of cell phone or pager do I need to have?

We require that you have a cell phone, pager or another wireless device with a paging service or email. One that is able to send alphabetical (email) messages, not just numerical messages. This is because we will be not just reminding you to take your medication, but we'll also be giving you the name of the medication to take. This can be very important if you are taking several medications throughout the day.

Can I use the same cell phone or pager that I already have?

Yes, if they have text messaging capability. Just enter your cell phone or pager number plus service provider when you sign-up.

What if my reminder schedule changes?

Remember, you and only you manage your Medication Reminder account. If your medication schedule changes, just login to your account, edit (change) you schedules, and then click save. That's it! Your new medication schedule will be in effect!

Do you guarantee that I will receive all messages?

We cannot guarantee that you will receive all messages. This depends on whether you are in your coverage area or not, and whether or not your service is active. Refer to the contract terms of your service provider.
