By registering with either the PersonalMD Premier Service or with PersonalMD 24 Hr House Call Service, members can ask medical questions to health professionals around the clock. Within one hour of asking a question, a response is posted to the member's account by medical staff of EHE. The question and its response are handled securely and are accessible only by the member. Additionally, the clinical staff of HouseCall service answering the question has access only to the question asked and not to member identification. This maintains the confidentiality of all members of PersonalMD 24 Hr HouseCall.
