You will be asked to designate a User Name when you register.

You will need to use this name in combination with your password whenever you sign onto PersonalMD and to access your medical records.

Using your USER NAME in combination with your PASSWORD allows you to edit and update your medical records.

Logging in your FAXID in combination with your PIN goes into a read-only mode which allows you to only view your medical records.
