are a few basic troubleshooting techniques to
help you be a little more computer savvy!
- Click
your "Refresh" or "Reload" button.

If that doesn't work, close and quit your browser.
- If
that too doesn't work, then try clearing out
the cookie files as follows:
PC Users with Microsoft
Internet Explorer:
1. Delete the folder called "Temporary Internet
Files."
2. Delete any folders named "Cookies."
3. Restart your browser. You will have to log
in again.
PC Users with Netscape:
1. Do a "find" on local disks for all files
named "cookies.txt".
2. Delete these files.
3. Restart your browser. You will have to log
in again.
Mac Users:
1. Do a "find" on local drives for "MagicCookies";
this should be in your "Preference Folder" within
"System Folder."
2. Delete the file.
3. Restart your browser. You will have to log
in again.
