Here are a few basic troubleshooting techniques to help you be a little more computer savvy!

  1. Click your "Refresh" or "Reload" button.
  2. If that doesn't work, close and quit your browser.
  3. If that too doesn't work, then try clearing out the cookie files as follows:
    PC Users with Microsoft Internet Explorer:
    1. Delete the folder called "Temporary Internet Files."
    2. Delete any folders named "Cookies."
    3. Restart your browser. You will have to log in again.

    PC Users with Netscape:
    1. Do a "find" on local disks for all files named "cookies.txt".
    2. Delete these files.
    3. Restart your browser. You will have to log in again.

    Mac Users: 1. Do a "find" on local drives for "MagicCookies"; this should be in your "Preference Folder" within "System Folder."
    2. Delete the file.
    3. Restart your browser. You will have to log in again.
