Do not give your password to anyone, with the exception of a spouse or family member IF you would like them to be able to sign onto your confidential site to update your records. 

This is one of many security safeguards provided throughout PersonalMD to ensure that your information can be stored and retrieved securely and safely. We also institute a number of additional operational checks to ensure that not even our employees have access to your personal information.

Forgot your Password?

If you forget your password, PersonalMD will prompt you by providing the security question you filled out during registration. It then will send a new password to your e-mail address. 

Your password will NOT be given to anybody, except to your e-mail address after you have signed on using the answer to your security question.
