Access Log
PersonalMD sends you an email message every time your your secured, confidential medical records is accessed either via the Web or Fax machine. This helps you keep track of when the record is access. You can turn off this feature by unchecking the Audit Preferences under Security.

Delete Account
This is also the section for you to turn to if you decide to delete your account. Once you choose this action, all information in your records will automatically be deleted from the system.

Membership Card
PersonalMD-ER Emergency Card is a personalized membership card that is issued to you when you register. The front of the card has your PeronalMD ID information and the back of the card contains customized medical information such as your physician and family contact name and telephone number, allergies, drug sensitivities, and blood type.

Security
Your password is one of many security safeguards provided throughout PersonalMD to ensure that your information can be stored and retrieved securely and safely. The PIN allows read-only access to your account via the Web or Fax machine. You will be asked to fill out a security question during registration. The question is designed as a prompt in case you forget your password.
