Existing Session Error
This error page is encountered either when you have logged into your medical records and not used it for some time (your login session times out) or when you try logging in twice into your medical records. The error page prompts you to login again, allowing your previous session to be deleted.

Page Not Found
You encounter this page when one of following happen;
1) Our news and health articles are active on pages for a limited time. If you are trying to get to a page after a long time, the page may no more exist. Please try searching for the article in archives. News articles are in archives are kept only for 30 days.

2) You entered a wrong name/file in the URL Location box.

3) A link is not working right. We apologize for this and request to notify this to us immediately.

Login Error
You encounter this page if you entered the wrong User Name, FAX ID, Password or PIN.
