Community Rules & Regulations

Like the community you live in, the PersonalMD community works best when everyone follows basic standards of conduct.

Your privilege to use and contribute to Chat and Message Boards depends on your compliance with the following guidelines. PersonalMD may revoke your registration privileges and/or take any other appropriate measures to enforce these guidelines if persistent violations are brought to its attention.

(See the really legal version here: Terms of Service)

7.Stay on the subject. If you would like to discuss something other than what members are discussing, please go to another discussion or start a new one.

MESSAGE BOARDS Message Boards are postings from members of the PersonalMD community that are organized into a variety of topics. Postings are saved and can be viewed until deleted.

Check back often to see what other members have to say about your posting!

CHAT Chat is live, interactive communication with other members of the PersonalMD community. Chat is organized into "rooms", some of which are provided by PersonalMD and some of which are created or selected by members.

Except in special Chat events, Chat postings are not saved. Use common sense when you are "chatting": don't give out personal information to strangers or accept files from people you don't know. If you don't find a discussion you like, start your own!

DISCLAIMER: By posting to a Message Board or Chat event, you agree that PersonalMD can display, modify, transmit, distribute or delete your posting without needing further permission from you. PersonalMD does not edit postings and is not responsible for the content of posted comments or images. Postings may be removed by PersonalMD at any time at its sole discretion. IN NO EVENT WILL PersonalMD BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, COMPENSATORY DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR ANY FORM OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT OR WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF PersonalMD ARE INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. We want your feedback! If you have comments, questions, problems or concerns, please tell us. We'd love to hear what you think.
