Enter Event

Event Type: Please select the type of event you would like to note on your calendar.

Event Name: Type in the name of your event.

Enter Time

Time: Select the time of your event

Duration: Selection the duration (length) of your event. You may enter up to 12 hours. If the duration is unknown

All Day: If your event is an all day event, for example, a birthday or vacation, check the box.

Event Details

Please enter the Start Date and End Date of your event. If your event is on-going, please click the "ongoing" radio button.

Repeating Events

Select the frequency of your event, for example, if you have a lunch date every Tuesday, click on the Every week on these days box, then select Tuesday. Your event will automatically appear on your Calendar every Tuesday.

Does not repeat: Select this if your event only occurs on the date you enter and does not repeat.

Daily: Select this if your event occurs daily.

Every week on these days: Select this if your event occurs weekly then select the day or days of the week that your event occurs. Monthly: Select this if your event occurs monthly, then select the day of the month that it occurs.

Email Reminder

Please select if you would like an email reminder of this event.

Notes (optional)

You may enter any additional information about your event, for example directions to event.

Saving Event

When you are finished entering your event information, then click the Save button to save this event information.

Click the Save and Add Another button if you would like to enter another event.

Click the Cancel button to cancel the information you entered.

Editing Events

Once you have set events/reminders in your calender, you can edit them easily.Click on the event name you see in your calender to edit it that particular event.

Remember! Once you edit your reminders, information is also updated in your medical records simultaneously.
The previous details of the reminder then become part of your medication history.
