want to stop receiving reminders for this medication.
You will receive specific reminders for each medication
you enter. If you are taking multiple medications, the
start and end dates may be different for each. Don't
worry. You will have a specific reminder for each medication
you enter.
Start
Date: Enter the date you want to start
receiving reminders. This is usually the day you filled
the prescription and are to start taking the medications
End
Date: Enter the date you want to stop the
reminders. This is usually the date that the prescription
ends. For example, if your doctor tells you to take
the medication for one week, then enter 7 days from
the start date.
If there is no end date, click "Unknown".
